What is cold-air diffusion technology?
Cold-air diffusion is a fragrance delivery method that works at room temperature—no heat and no water. It uses an advanced turbine-driven twin-fluid atomization system to instantly turn pure essential oils into an ultra-fine dry mist. These micron-sized droplets are released directly into the air to provide stable, even coverage and a consistently pure, true-to-scent experience.

- Unscrew the atomizing head from the top of the diffuser.
- Remove the atomizing bottle from the head, then fill it with Aromasoul fragrance oil up to the MAX line. Note: Aromasoul oils are optimized for our nebulizing technology. Using other brands may clog the diffuser and void the warranty.
- Reattach the bottle: screw the atomizing bottle back onto the head and tighten firmly to prevent air leaks.
- Install the head: mount the atomizing head back onto the top of the unit and tighten securely.
- Power on: turn on the diffuser using the touch switch on the right side of the unit.

Connect to our AROMAPRO app via Bluetooth. The app is available for both iOS and Android. Most of our diffusers can be controlled through AromaPro, and the app is continuously updated to deliver an even better user experience.
We provide detailed cleaning and maintenance instructions in the user manual. As a guideline, clean the unit every 1–2 months or whenever you switch fragrances. Simply run the diffuser with AROMASOUL Alcohol Cleaner for 15 minutes. Regular maintenance keeps performance strong and the scent pure.
All AROMASOUL diffusers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty to lengthen coverage by up to 3 additional years.
Our lab has not tested other brands’ oils with our diffusers. To avoid potential issues such as clogged lines and to protect functionality, reliability, and warranty coverage, we do not recommend using non-AROMASOUL oils.
All orders ship from our central distribution centers in Rhode Island and California and typically arrive within 2–7 business days. We offer free returns within 30 days for products shipped within the U.S.—just contact our Customer Experience team or start a return through the Aromasoul Returns Center. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
