All orders are dispatched from our U.S. distribution centers located in California and Rhode Island. Complimentary shipping is provided for diffuser products, and domestic orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
We currently sell and ship within the United States only. Sales to other countries or regions are not available at this time.

Shipping, Orders & Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. Start a return from your Order Page anytime, or email official@aromasoulscent.com and we’ll help with a return or exchange.
Note: If you purchased from one of our authorized partners, please review their return policy—it may differ from ours. For orders processed through our online returns portal, you’ll have 15 days to send the item back once your return is approved (or once you receive your return label).
If your order arrives damaged—or if your tracking shows “delivered” but you never received it—please contact us within 48 hours at official@aromasoulscent.com. To help us resolve this quickly, include photos of the shipping box/packaging and each damaged item.

Yes—our essential oils can be used with ultrasonic diffusers. However, for the best experience, we recommend using them with an Aromasoul Diffuser. All of our oils are tested on Aromasoul devices to ensure purity and a clean, consistent diffusion.

Yes—our home fragrances are safe to use around pets when used as directed. In addition to meeting strict VOC and inhalation guidelines, our formulas are made without harmful ingredients. Every pet is different, though—just like people, they may dislike certain scents. We recommend introducing fragrance gradually and observing your pet for a few days to ensure it’s a good fit.
Store oils in a cool, dry place and keep them in their original packaging with the cap tightly closed to protect integrity. Our fragrance oils don’t have an official expiration date, but potency can naturally diminish over time and light settling may occur. If separation appears, gently shake to re-disperse.
Diffusers
Every Aromasoul diffuser uses patented cold-air diffusion to release fragrance as an ultra-fine, dry nano-mist—no heat, no water. The device draws ambient air through a precision atomizer that turns fragrance oil into microscopic particles and disperses them evenly into the room. Compared with heated or water-based diffusers, cold-air diffusion preserves purer, more concentrated aroma and helps avoid dilution, added moisture, or residue.
Unlike many diffusers that rely on ordinary plastic atomization parts, AROMASOUL uses a pure-alloy atomization system. This design better preserves oily fragrance integrity and delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, anti-backflow, and anti-clogging performance.
Yes. Control your diffuser with the AROMAPRO app, available for iOS and Android. Use Bluetooth to set schedules, adjust intensity, and more.
We recommend cleaning your diffuser with isopropyl alcohol every 1–2 months or whenever you switch fragrances. Follow the steps below:
- Empty any remaining oil from the bottle.
- Fill the atomizer bottle about ¼ full with isopropyl alcohol, reassemble, and run the diffuser on high for 15–20 minutes.
- Let it sit for about 30 minutes, then add your favorite fragrance oil and enjoy.
This removes residue from the bottle and atomizer and helps prevent buildup inside the device. For best results, clean between uses or at least every 3 months.
Yes. All Aromasoul diffusers include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. You can also purchase Aromasoul Care to add an extra 2 years of coverage per diffuser.
Aromasoul Care is our optional extended protection plan. It covers mechanical and electrical failures that occur after the manufacturer warranty ends. You can add 1, 2, or 3 years of extra coverage for each diffuser.
